      I love BlueChip because i was a morning lead...I worked by myself most of the morning then i supervised the evening crew for like 3 hours

      short shifts -so more home time. I make work decisions and set my own pace.

      Non-English speaking managers and co-workers. Pay not the best - internet search indicates that pay is less than other contract cleaners.
