      The employee culture here is amazing. There is an organic and natural culture of feedback and communication. Kindness and empathy abound. I have always felt like this place has a soul, something ineffable and intangible, and I have always felt like I belonged.

      While we were great at being able to name problems, sometimes the solutions were slow to implement effectively.
