Huge loss making, but pay much higher salary and commission above market. Once you are in, is difficult for you to find another job in the market as they overpay. Many high post employee gone "silently" in less than a year. COO gone in less than 3 months if I recall correctly. Capital running very low. Most employees are lowly qualified people, unable to get good exposure. Most global offices are service office, giving a impression of lack of money to even rent permanent offices. Also take note that there may be fictitious jobs posting created in order to build internal data base and create false impression that they are growing fast. Look at their financial on web, you can see very clearly how long this company will last.
