      Pros

      Switched industries this year and was given an opportunity to grow my career. The people here are amazing and the company is profitable. This is an unusual combination and makes Bioderm a great place to work.

      More flexibility with administration staff in regard to hybrid work models.

      Flexible, atmosphere is calm and positive, co-workers all working together in different departments to create success as a whole, organized & clean, no micro management & coworkers are all like minded & even temperament, open discussion on wage increases & adjustments for the present economy/hardships, low anxiety atmosphere & enjoyable work task, professional yet personable, working here makes my life better.

      Cons

      The company is growing & we need more space. Ready to move into an even larger building that we have future plans for.
