Pros
Get left to do the job no managers up my bum. You can take as long as you want they don’t care, they never ask questions, easy overtime.
Cons
Management is awful. They’ve clearly never been on the road before and don’t understand how delivering works and it makes them itshay at their own job. They also are not very switched on, no initiative they don’t think ahed or plan very well. Everyone has a “not my job mentality”
