Caring leadership is a plus. Some opportunity to work from home. BetterNight cares about the patient's well being. Betternight has provided opportunity for career growth and development.

Cons

Betternight has experienced growth pains and challenges. There have been opportunities explored that have not always been successful. The pro from this is leadership has recognized what went wrong and has been putting plans into to action to correct and push forward successfully.
