It is never boring and you don’t have a mountain of paperwork to get things done. Great people work at BETA and if you want to make and impact and are willing to work an a team you can see your efforts make a difference very quickly. Competitive salaries and good working conditions.
Cons
At a small company you sometimes have to wear multiple hats. It is a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities. You can either thrive in this environment or not.
