Collaboration is a strong value here—teams across different sectors are always willing to step in and help, especially when deadlines are tight. BEN|EN also prioritizes work-life balance, ensuring employees feel valued and avoid burnout. I’ve never felt prouder to share where I work. It’s a company I truly believe in.
Cons
The only downside is the brief probation period before benefits kick in, but it's a minor consideration given the overall positive experience.
