      Pros

      BSP is a wonderful place to work, it provides a great learning environment, it’s family oriented, there are opportunities to grow with the company, a bonus structure, and you can work remotely if necessary. It has a fun and friendly atmosphere, great coworkers, and the owner has a very open and collaborative management style.

      Cons

      There are none that I can think of.

      The owner is extremely helpful in creating and helping employees attain set goals. His knowledge of Health insurance is Par Excellence. He is readily available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. His ability to educate the client as well as the team members in all facets of the Health insurance market is prizewinning.

      Cons

      Covid-19 2020 has created an environment that is unsuitable for in office meetings and prospecting opportunities.

      Dan and Chad are a great duo that work together to help better the business. They do a great job of livening up the office to make you feel at home. Dan does everything he can to help you succeed at your position and will help you in any way he can. He is there to help you succeed and grow in your career

      Smaller space so harder to focus if others have their doors open
