      Pros

      People and bosses are excellent to work for. They care about you and it is a laid back office. Room for advancement and raises based on team. Commercial team got commission when I was there.

      The work may not be interesting and can get tedious at times

      Pros

      The management team is great and pretty laid back. As long as you get your work done and put in your 40 hours you don’t have anything to worry about. The company is also very generous and fun around the holidays

      Cons

      Sometimes it can take awhile to get answers to any question you may have.
