Leadership is involved in long-term customer satisfaction; delivery is firing on all cylinders; employees know what success looks like; and customers are learning more and more about how we can help transform their business and become a trusted partner everyday with strong Service Delivery leadership. 11/10 stars for BTL and where we are headed!
