Owners are hands-on making sure the job gets done and the customer taken care of.
Cons
The company is growing fast. From having 1 store in Houston to now having 7 stores plus a manufacturing plant. Certain people in management are family and all I have to say is that they are wrongly place in the company and that causes alot of problem within the company trying to grow.
