Great Environment, Friendly Staff, Helpful Management, Organized, Fun, Great mix of work hard/play hard, Understanding, Great if you want to have a balanced life, Small enough to have a personal feel like you really make a difference
Cons
Spread out environment, having few people in each office and doing work with people over the phone made it hard to develop personal relationships with my co-workers
