Cons

Beacon's fast growth means there is a lot of change management to be done to align all the companies.

Meeting new people. Learning in a fun and enjoyable setting. Activity day. Getting to know the people and company that I work for/with.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons, I am an extremely nervous person and was so unsure how I would feel about being in Boston for this event and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it very much.
