      Supportive team and great environment, but few leaves

      Pros

      - Free lunch facilities with good quality food - A great office environment - Easy communication with HR and management - Flexible working hours if the previous night shift was overtime or extended due to meetings - The operations and HR teams are very supportive in any situation

      Cons

      Leave is very limited compared to other organizations No bonus and a lower annual hike can be demotivating Client-first policy can sometimes require working late at night as per the PST time zone You work as 3rd party/ contract role for the client, so that no job security may lead you to other projects
