engaging with kids and giving them an adventure during the summer with activities while parents are at work.

Pros
Helping teach kids to learn, and spending time with them for different activities like art, music, PE, and reading.
Cons
Getting kids to calm down, contacting the 'Team' when things get out of control. Kind of like your SWAT Team but for kids, constantly walking up and down the stairs, helping kids in the bathroom, and being more outgoing.
