      Pros

      Good and plentiful work to do and growth opportunities, but also good work/life balance and benefits starting out so far. Can even get to know leadership at a junior level. Fun coworkers and office culture.

      Cons

      No real cons yet. I've found it harder to work from home for the work I am doing and who I work with, but the office is nice and option is there.

      This is an all employee owned business, there is value to being an Employee Owner Flexible Time Off Great benefits Good work/life balance
