Simply do whatever your job requires of you and the rest will fall into place for a lasting good experience.
Cons
Can be often very demanding and tasks never ending, but you always see light at the end of the tunnel.

Wages are good. And Monday / Friday, That's about all I can say about this company, oh and company sick pay
Cons
If you're good at you're job the more drops they put on you, very stressful and the router hasn't got a clue. I wouldn't recommend this job.
