Part of a team (BCHA Learn) that really makes a difference to help people move forwards in life. Very supportive team. A new and forwards thinking senior leadership team. Lots of support with professional development.

Professional, supportive and inclusive company. Customers at the forefront of all they do and the welfare of their staff a priority. Teams are supported by good line management with an open door policy. A listening attitude makes the workplace a happy one. Great ongoing training and development with plenty of progression opportunities that are encouraged and supported by managers.

Cons

Some roles require shift work which is not for everyone.
