Pros

The leadership creates an enviroment where employees feel valued and trusted. The positive culture reflects in the quality of service provided to our clients. It's refreshing to be part of an organization where the team members, integrity, teamwork, and customer service are clearly priorities. Strong values, commitment to both staff members and the community.

Cons

A small challenge could simply be that the company sets high standards and expectations because they genuinely care about quality service and customer satisfaccion. At times, we can be busy, but it creates opportunities for growth, teamwork, and learning.

There are strong opportunities for advancement due to continued growth, and the environment encourages cross-department collaboration, learning, and innovation. The culture is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, making it a great place to grow your career.

Cons

As a fast-growing company, AZUL experiences some normal growing pains as systems, processes, and new hotels are brought online. The pace can be fast and priorities may shift quickly, which may not be ideal for those who prefer highly structured or slow-moving environments. Change is constant, so flexibility and adaptability are important to succeed here.
