A really nice company to work for and I loved working there . My role was interesting and I was challenged by the tasks required of me. I was not micro managed unlike my new job, and the customers were lovely to work with.
Cons
Like every business it has its niggles and inefficiencies but the business has a big heart and it really cares for its clients and staff.
I have been at Avinity for several years now and have found it to be a really good company to work for. It is hard work as the company is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service but fun nevertheless. There is a great team spirit within both the offices and the warehouse. You are recognised for your endeavours by both the management and colleagues. There is an amazing bunch of people who are genuinely committed and always go that extra mile.
Cons
The business has so much potential but there are simply not enough hours in the day.
