      The leadership is incredibly humble and approachable, both directors genuinely care about your growth. The work culture is vibrant and inclusive, with regular celebrations, talent shows, and annual gala, annual picnic and other annual events that make you feel like part of a family. The structure is well-organized, the workload is fair, and the team is always supportive. Plus, the location is super convenient. A place that knows how to balance professionalism with people-first values.
