30-year history, focus on client service, opportunities for advancement and good people who care about their team members. The recent sale of the company to mCloud will inject new excitement and opportunities to grow. The focus on client support is probably our greatest strength.

Cons

Hesitation to cut poor performers and general lack of understanding on the importance of relationships (with clients and staff).
