For people requiring sponsorship: I was stuck abroad during the processing of H1B visa for several months. They fully cooperated at every step of the process and helped get me back. So wonderful people in that respect. They truly invest in their employees. Good work life balance and benefits. Talented and cooperative team to work with. Freedom to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Cons
Compensation is slightly sub-par compared to other tech companies. No stock options for the less experienced.
