      Analysts are able to create their own niche. Steady, ambitious, autonomous or collaborative - all work styles are welcome. And individuals are allowed to pursue areas of interest. Co-workers and management are open and welcoming. The job allows for flexibility. Employees are encouraged to work from home if they are sick or have an inconvenient appointment.
