      Love it here. Training is top notch, support from management is excellent. This is the most clear and well led positions I have been in, in my career.

      Pros

      Just started here and can genuinely say its been great. Really caring environment and everyone is just very lovely. The team and founder all seem to want to succeed and care about clients and each other. The vibe feels humble, warm and down to earth.

      Cons

      The workload can seem like a lot and some team members stay back - I wouldn't call this a con - tbh I was expecting this for an agency with this much ambition. The people who do stay back - seem to do so without minding and it's almost like they enjoy it.
