      Pros

      Company is flexible with an understanding family comes first. Ability to have access remotely to be available 24/7, which is not necessary, but appreciated. Pay is comparable. Location is in the heart of Overland Park and accessible to major companies. People were a lot of fun to work with and knowledgeable. Not a shark environment at all. While there were some high turnover at times, management needed to get rid of the dead weight.

      Cons

      Systems are archaic. Even though you have the ability to access via mobile, laptops would've been nice.
