Pros
It was a job when I really needed one. I learned about online auctions. Gained a few skills.
Cons
The company always seemed to be on the edge of going under. Management ran on negative reinforcement, and after a while, it seemed someone was "let go for purely financial" reasons every pay period. If anyone left, they weren't replaced, requiring fewer and fewer people to do more and more work with less recognition or encouragement.

Pros
Lower level co-workers are great and it is a paycheck. Work is interesting in the beginning but once the newness wears off it is what it is.
Cons
Ownership and so called management is very repressive. Extremely out of date in terms how to handle Human Resource issues. If I could give less than one star, I would. If you need a job take it, but keep looking. Run away if you can.
