It's really great and rewarding to have a team around me, and managers/leaders who not only care about what's happening day to day, but also understand. It means they understand when something is really an issue, and they can help.

Cons

It is fast paced, not somewhere to go for an easy life

Pros

Friendly and easy to work in environment with people who genuinely care about doing their job well. The company fosters an open culture where you can still knock on a directors door and have a discussion. Effort and creativity is rewarded and KPIs are not a stick to beat people with rather a true indicator of where the business can help you bolster skills to progress. The support I've received from Aspire both professionally and personally has been second to none and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Cons

No major cons which would stop me recommending a job here.
