      Pros

      Arena is a Veteran owned Company, and the Corporate leadership goes far and beyond to take care of the employees. Great benefits to include medical, dental, vision, education reimbursement and flexible time off. Arena has range of contract work in its portfolio and a management team that proactively plans ahead to capture additional business.

      Cons

      I have been with the Company for 3 years and I find it hard to think of any cons.

      Pros

      Integrity and follow-through on every part of their culture. It is rare to find owners who are so able to balance all the demands of growing the business, yet consistently communicate trust and encouragement to the employees.

      Cons

      The performance and commitment expectations definitely make this a place worth considering, but not if you are looking for a "clock-in/clock-out" or "butts in seats" place.
