      Pros

      Applify is a supportive place to work overall, with opportunities to learn new things and develop professionally. This year, the company organized a really enjoyable office trip, which was great for team bonding and getting to know colleagues better outside of work. The salary is paid on time. Plus, the regular office celebrations definitely help maintain a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      I think that we should get more opportunities to attend industry events and conferences. It would be really beneficial for my professional growth and could bring fresh perspectives back to the team.
