Good community, they treat you well. Very flexible, lots of fun activities. We have a great time together. If we have to spend so much time together, at least we enjoy it.

VERY high demand on your time. Work from home whenever, but also, work always.
Flexible with hours, variety of projects, and a the employees were good to work with. Great to see a firm like this in a smaller community.

Family run business that clearly gives priority to family. This is understandable, but difficult when you are not a member of the immediate family. It is also a small company so moving up is hit or miss.
