Pros

I can't say enough good things about my experience so far. I just finished my first year as a full fledged sales rep and loved it. The initial training was ok, but the ongoing coaching and encouragement from management is what has made me want to write a review. I was pretty scared to start this role, I came in as an SDR and was promoted to an AE after about a year. Management spent a lot of time with me even when I was not getting the results I wanted or should have been, they stuck with me and am proud to say I was able to hit the annual target, granted by he skin of my teeth but I got there. Looking forward to 2025. Thank you to all who believed in me, you know who you are.

Cons

Very fast paced, you really learn as go. They do tell you that, that you will fail multiple times before getting it right but I wish there was another way as failure is not something I am good at. Don't know if this is a con but it is for me.
