      Pros

      A culture of hard work, open communication and accountability. Things are always changing and every day is different. Very fast growth and good at diversifying the industries and products we are working on. The employees and managers genuinely care about what we do and making sure we take care of our customers and employees.

      FAST paced. Policies and procedures not always well-defined.

      Pretty open to going whatever path you'd like. Fast growing company. Just unclear if being in early for it would be beneficial for anyone except shareholders.

      Cons

      High workload with poor definition of what's expected. Poor benefits like PTO and 401k. No bonuses and lower than average compensation.
