      Multiple people fulling multiple positions, everyone seems stretched thin. Runs 24/7 some engineering staff get calls after hours/9pm-4am.

      I enjoy working at Aphena because there have been many opportunities for advancement. I feel the company recognizes good work ethic and rewards for it. The people are kind here and feels like family.

      Cons

      My work-life balance isn't the best, but it's personal because I recognize I'm a workaholic sometimes.
