Pros
Good Atmosphere, Nice employees, Not a lot of overtime work expected, Pizza Fridays :) Over-all one of the best jobs I have had. A lot of fun and a lot to learn!
Cons
Expensive to live in the city, no 3D character animation available (only vehicle), too bad things didn't work out and shows got cancelled.

Pros
Fun, fast and positive environment with good hours (not too much crazy overtime) Lots of creative input from supervisors and the team. Weekly pizza parties with a screening of the latest episode.
Cons
Unfortunately the 3D team did not last too long due to funding. Not really a con, but more like a warning: Sometimes animators took on smaller roles to help with modeling or comp work in after effects.
