I came from a well established company before joining Amuse, and I was very impressed with the organization and culture for a company so young. The people, methodologies and technology utilized here is very progressive for a company that began in August 2020 (during Covid of all times too).
I'm able to expand outside of my role to learn and help manage other areas of the company, which is both a challenge and a breath of fresh air.
Cons
The regulations and legalities surrounding the cannabis industry make all of our jobs a bit harder. Priorities can change quickly, impacting various team's work but that's expected given the hyper growth stage of this company.
