AFR is a great place for upward mobility if you are willing to put in the work. Leadership is on the lookout for shining stars and where they may be headed next. Cross-training, professional development, and networking opportunities are always available. Leadership is focused on taking the company to the next level and are the best in the business.

Cons

AFR is a family owned and oriented company. Sometimes employees are held onto for too long out of loyalty to past contributions. This is a great merit but not fully recognized by the employees who's jobs are saved.

I have been employed with American Furniture Rentals for over 20 years and have worn many hats while watching the company go from 4 regions to 24. I have been given the opportunity to grow and have had many managers throughout my time. They have been mentors and helped me succeed in every position I have held and now I am fortunate to report to a C-level executive who truly listens to my suggestions and concerns.

Cons

No maternity leave even though at this time it is no longer needed.
