You get a lot of responsibility and ownership if you want it. The people are great. Benefits are exceptional.
Cons
Not much for flexible work schedules or working from home. Long hours sometimes.

Pros
Was able to take on a lot of responsibility right off the bat & gain great experience. Lots of opportunities to travel & learn if you're willing to put in the effort.
Cons
Pretty conservative work environment - not much flexibility to work from home or flex your time to accommodate for dr. appointments & such.
