Pros
You work with some great guys, get to see a lot of different phases of construction from start to finish, also an awesome opportunity for those to learn how to be hands on and to problem solve.
Cons
Some days can be long, some days can be very hot as well, the general consensus with the entire staff is that we are done when the job is done, which can sometimes be a con.

Pros
There is work at a different work site each day where you interact with the customers. The work is outside and each worker has a high level of responsibility because of the small crew structure.
Cons
The cons are traditional of out door labor jobs. Some work sites present challenges whether it be steep grades to wheel on or weather related issues like limited work due to rain.
