Pros

Working Monday- Friday and every 4th weekend on call from home base is just great. 401K with company match and full medical is great for such a family oriented company. Once you become a dual qualified pilot, in both the Falcon and Shorts, with a PIC position in either, you start your $50,000 loyalty program. This is paid out over a 5 year period, $5,000 each year for the first 3 years, and $15,000 year 4 and $20,000 year 5. A great way to make good money, pay of loans, get the experience for FedEx or UPS.

Cons

I haven't been here very long, but I can't find any so far!
