I had a wonderful experience working with this amazing group of people. Agents who truly cared about their clients comprise this company and the leadership is very supportive, training is ongoing and top notch. It's a great company for new agents especially, but also for well seasoned.

Cons

Agents who were not top producers were required to do phone duty.
