Pros

Good team atmosphere.. I loved the energy from the employees and really loved the job. A very goal oriented business, you will truly learn something new everyday!!

Cons

There are no cons.. It's not for everyone. If your lazy, hate opportunity, hate quick growth,& love working for someone else.. Then don't apply here

This place is everything I ever wanted in a career, Fast pace environment, growth and the best part is that they are training me all around for a management position. The environment is awesome, all the people here have great personalities. Since day 1, I've felt part of the team.

Cons

I can't really think of any negatives for this place. The only thing that I can think of is that there are other candidates shooting for the same position. But all I can think of is like when I used to play sports and we were all shooting for the MVP. We are all on the same team, but have to work hard to be the best.

Pros

With my diverse background in business, management as well as design and child development, I was completely surprised by how eager the business partners were to hear my insights on modifications that can be made not only to better our development as a company, but also to increase profit margins for our clients. It's not often you find managers, partners, or directors involved in every aspect of the companies they are a part of. It's refreshing!

Cons

I am kind of a work-a-holic if you will, although it is appreciated it is frowned upon that I want to fulfill my every waking moment with my work. There is a philosophy these gentleman have which is that if you aren't having fun doing what your doing in the office as well as out of the office you aren't going to be successful in your life or your work. So needless to say, they make sure i don't take my work home... on the weekends.
