Pros

I love working for AOS. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The training, education and resources are almost unlimited. It's fast paced and you have to be willing to put in the work, so if you are driven, enthusiastic about IT and enjoy working with people...this is for you and that hard work will be rewarded. This isn't a job where you can be lackadaisical, work for it and the great pay will follow. High ethical standards. Did I mention the constant training/education, nearly unlimited resources, amazing people and great pay?

Cons

Longer hours when things are busy, which you want :) - the busier the better $

Pros

The opportunity to truly create your own business with the support of best in industry Design Architects, System Engineers and Products at a local level is a unique position in the market. AOS provides the opportunity to be consultative and create solutions well beyond a typical VAR, including practices around Microsoft, ITSM, Security and SharePoint. Money takes care of itself but the quality of people that you are surrounded by make the place special.

Cons

You must be willing to learn constantly, adjust with change and work hard to take care of your customers. Relationships are important and required. If you take care of the customers first, your support team second and the partner manufacturers you will be successful.
