The working atmosphere is very positive.the work are not too intense, and the salary honest. The managers are very positive persons.

The health insurance was really good and relatively inexpensive after it switched to Blue Cross

There was a father and son team that ran the company. The son was the president, the father was founder and CTO. The president was the single most toxic boss I ever worked for in my life. There were unbearable levels of micromanagement, secrecy, lying, harassment, and incompetence. The President used and abused everyone he could, mocked people in public, and had so many bizarre quirks, he was a walking caricature. The CTO was a Russian immigrant who also colossally micromanaged and had an outdated office mentality stuck in the 1980’s. Alencon was the most soul-sucking experience of my life.
