Fantastic Employee Benefits The company are actively trying to rectify past issues Continued to Employ during a period where most Insuretech firms were laying staff off. Promotions are open to anyone, and are honest in criteria Bonus' (when paid) are great

Cons

Support mechanisms in place arent the greatest for Technical resources - alot of staff tend to Plateau as there is a big gap in experience once you get to a certain level. JobRoles arent clearly laid out, Once on a Project, no-one outlines what your exact roles and responsibilities should be There is no official overtime - even though most do some form of unpaid overtime due to client demands Bonus's have been missed as currently its all or nothing - Bonus's should IMO be there for employees who meet certain performance standards in quarterly reviews.
