      Good pay, excellent benefits, long-term and full-time contracts, NO STAFFING AGENCIES, NO MIDDLE MEN involved in employment process, that is PERFECT in this day and age, and in the area we live in. Just a regular job, with the CEO by your side. Very rare opportunity to work at such an environment. Great office location, dog-friendly. Yes, dogs are allowed. Strict but helpful management. Overall a very unique place, in a good way.

      Cons

      Hours: Starts too early, 6-7am. Some people might appreciate leaving at 4pm though, so not much to complain.
