      A company that rewards hardworking staff and promotes high performers. There are always options for further training and development within the company, and they are willing to invest in the right people. The staff are all very friendly and easy to talk to and senior management provide clear direction

      Cons

      Not many negatives at all, just keep valuing the staff and rewarding for their hard work, with a bit more recognition.
