      Pros

      It's truly a company where our products and services make a difference for our customers, which is rare. Very little bureaucracy -- every employee has access to the CEO and senior leadership as part of the interview process and throughout their time here. High expectations mean you get to work around other like-minded people who are also high performers. Career development plans are front and center, and there are many paths for internal promotions and exposure. There's cross-department respect, people like each other and enjoy working together.

      Cons

      Not the best fit if you're accustomed to an organization with more support to do the work. Most roles have quite a bit of job range between strategic and tactical execution, so people who are not comfortable with both don't tend to enjoy the experience as much. Definitely a bias toward action, sometimes we take on too much. While high expectations are generally a pro, some people view it as uncomfortable and may decide it's not for them.
