      Pros

      Good people With Good benefits. Company is still growing & improving. More properties being added. Good work/home life balance. Strong team of support.

      Cons

      Upper management is a little unorganized but they are learning and trying to improve as the company grows. Depending on the property and position there’s not a lot of room to grow at the moment.

      There are no cons so far! Great company that values their employees. I have felt supported and respected by management. The company utilizes the latest property management software and continues to evolve to improve day to day operations. Great compensation and housing discounts as well. Very happy so far!
